Turbocharge Replacement(2017 Chevy Cruze) - Had a very good experience working with Madison throughout my service experience. She was able to get prompt answers to my questions during the diagnostics, including explaining alternative options. Knowing that this would be a costly replacement, the service department was patient as I considered my options. Other independent shops were giving me quotes that were 25% more. So I went with Shakopee Chevrolet and they worked with me to keep the cost near the quoted estimate. During the repair, Madison provided timely updates on the progress and was right on with the estimated time to complete the repair. My car was treated with care by the technician as I had no issues when it was returned to me. It has now been two weeks and I am happy to say that my vehicle is running much better and the issue appears to have been resolved.

Quick and simple. $30 more than Cadillac but the area was a good location as we were able to take a walk and go to nearby donut places and such
