I had a horrible experience with another mechanic shop and then I bought it in to Shakopee Chevrolet and Anthony in the service department really helped make things right for me. It was the only chevy dealer that would provide a loaner car while they fixed my new truck. I did not know it would be so hard to find a place that could do this. It was a bit out of the way for me to drive, but the service department was very friendly and took the time to explain what was going on.

Turbocharge Replacement(2017 Chevy Cruze) - Had a very good experience working with Madison throughout my service experience. She was able to get prompt answers to my questions during the diagnostics, including explaining alternative options. What a “Great Experience”
I did extensive research on the Colorado and I found my “perfect match” online at Shakopee Chevrolet, late one night. I emailed them and Dave Gill called me first thing in the morning and I bought it, sight unseen. Finding great customer service nowadays, is very difficult.

Madison with Shakopee Chevrolet is amazing. I can call and schedule a service to be done on my vehicle. Madison will give me a date for the service. I was able to drop my vehicle off in the morning and Madison will text me when the vehicle is done. Shakopee Chevrolet has awesome service.
The staff at Shakopee Chevrolet took care of me from start to finish. They were way more respectful compared to a few other dealerships I worked with recently. I was upfront and honest with what I needed and what I could afford and they did what they could to get me into my car. It was definitely a team effort and everyone was pleasant to work with. I had the most genuinely honest experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. My sales consultant Dave Gill is the most solid person I've EVER worked with at a dealership, and I've purchased dozens of vehicles in my life. Finishing up the purchase and paperwork with Tom Fraizer was also the highest quality experience I've ever had. This dealership knows that reputation and customer care is the priority of success and they reflect it to the customer.

Had my trailblazer SS transmission rebuilt here, and they did a great job! 240 miles in right now with the rebuild. Kirk is the go to service advisor here, kept in contact with me and answered my many questions! The techs there also found other parts that they recommended being replaced that were actually worn (tire rods and ac belt). This Chevy keeps it honest.
