Job description - Finance Manager

Shakopee Chevrolet is looking for an experienced finance manager.

Experience in automotive dealership management, retail sales, warranty
processing, or customer service/support are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
▪️    The finance manager will be responsible for*
▪️    Helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and
     presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and
     ownership experience.
▪️    Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
▪️    Proficiency with title laws and registration process
▪️    Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position

OVERVIEW:
The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair
and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory
standards. A technician is expected to perform quality work without direct or
continual supervision and be able and willing to work on all work assigned to
him/her. The Technician will accomplish all objectives by supporting the values,
philosophies, and policies of Shakopee Chevrolet.

Qualifications:

▪️   Parks new cars in assigned area according to model.

    order.
▪️   Delivers sold cars to new car preparation department.

Job description - Warranty Administrator

Shakopee Chevrolet currently has an opening for a full-time Warranty
Administrator.

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing warranty claims and
communicating with our manufacturers and our service management team. The
Warranty Administrator handles all warranty requests in compliance with both
company standards and legal requirements.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
▪️   Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation, verifying
    criteria required by factory or distributor
▪️   Remain abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
▪️   Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, and resubmit
    all rejected claims promptly
▪️   Keep track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of
    replacement and date on which part may be disposed
▪️   Assist with body shop warranty claims
▪️   Follow up on all outstanding claims
▪️   Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department
    to obtain payments
▪️   Maintain all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
▪️   Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers and supervisors

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
▪️  Previous dealership warranty experience required.
▪️  Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm, and occasional
   Saturdays
▪️  General Motors experience is a plus!
▪️  Overall vehicle knowledge is ideal

oriented receptionist. Duties will include customer service, directing phone calls,
service department cashier and miscellaneous duties assigned.

As receptionist, the qualified applicant will have exceptional computer, phone,
customer service and organizational skills. Applicants will also be personable, able
to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will
preferably live within 10 miles of dealership.

Hours needed to cover:
Monday – Friday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
